Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

Nova Drift Care Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
