Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove River Auto Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
