Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Raleigh, NC)

Westbrook Summit Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Raleigh producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory filings. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
