Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Raleigh, NC)

Northwind Junction Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Raleigh with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on store inventory. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
