Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Lakeside Environmental Services Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
