Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Providence, RI)

Silverline Willow Construction is a Providence contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 949 people based in Providence. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety records. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
