Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Birch Health Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on electronic records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
