Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Portland, OR)

Summit Yarrow Foods Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ingredient orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
