Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Phoenix, AZ)

Bluepeak Rook Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Phoenix, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on store inventory. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
