Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Phoenix, AZ)

Harborlight Field Pharma Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
