Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Phoenix, AZ)

Clearpath Lantern Insurance is an insurance company in Phoenix with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on underwriting files. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
