Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Phoenix, AZ)

Amberfield Ashton Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Phoenix working with agencies and riders, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ridership counts. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
