Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Meridian Legal Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on trust accounts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
