Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Philadelphia, PA)

Silverline Hollow Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on survey data. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
