Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Philadelphia, PA)

Stonegate Union Hospitality is a hospitality company in Philadelphia with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
