Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Philadelphia, PA)

Lumen Willow Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Philadelphia, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
