Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Sparrow Telecom and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We invest in training. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage reports. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
