Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Nest Manufacturing Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 384 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lines. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
