Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Beacon Housing Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident services. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
