Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Bright Thistle Insurance and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on underwriting files. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
