Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Philadelphia, PA)

Redstone Sable Pharma develops and makes medicines in Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 301 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleanroom operations. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
