Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Philadelphia, PA)

Nova River Press is a printer and publisher in Philadelphia serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on print quotes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with print quotes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
