Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Redstone Loom Medical Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory submissions. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
