Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Mill Care Services and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
