Summit Quarry Arts Center Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school partnerships. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
