Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Financial and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account servicing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
