Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Orlando, FL)

Silverline Cobalt Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Orlando. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 93 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease compliance. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
