Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Orlando, FL)

Greenridge Pine Community Partners is a Orlando charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer shifts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
