Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Orlando, FL)

Northwind Corner Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Orlando, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on underwriting files. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
