Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Summit Stone Hospitality and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on group events. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
