Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Orlando, FL)

Clearpath Oak Facilities looks after properties across the Orlando region. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleaning schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
