Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Orlando, FL)

Redstone Fern Farms is an agricultural business based around Orlando, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
