Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Orlando, FL)

Redstone Kestrel Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Orlando, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
