Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Orlando, FL)

Harborlight Hollow Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Orlando area. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 429 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service installations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
