Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Thistle Pharma and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
