Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Omaha, NE)

Clearpath Lantern Community Partners is a Omaha charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grant reporting. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
