Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Summit Maple Medical Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
