Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Omaha, NE)

Highbridge Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Omaha, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
