Westbrook Ember Financial Group serves customers across Oklahoma City with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory reports. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
