Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Oklahoma City, OK)

Redstone Lakeside Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We reward reliability. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on dock schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
