Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Oklahoma City, OK)

Greenridge Forge Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 510 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
