Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Oklahoma City, OK)

Amberfield Vista Community Partners is a nonprofit in Oklahoma City supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer shifts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
