Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Oklahoma City, OK)

Stonegate Wilder Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 103 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer complaints. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
