Cedar Wren Freight Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for proof of delivery, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 402 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proof of delivery. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
