Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bluepeak Birch Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Oklahoma City with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
