Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Oklahoma City, OK)

Rivermark Pike Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school calendars. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
