Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Oklahoma City, OK)

Northwind Amber Community Partners is a nonprofit in Oklahoma City supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 64 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer shifts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
