Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (New Orleans, LA)

Highbridge Thistle Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around New Orleans, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer complaints. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
