Senior HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (New Orleans, LA)

Stonegate West Environmental Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service complaints. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
