Westbrook Keystone Inspection Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
